Lerma’s Nite Club has been unanimously granted historical landmark status by the City of San Antonio City Council members on October 21st, 2010!
New documents have been scanned and added to the archive including a Letter of support from the San Antonio Conservation Society, a letter of commitment from The National Trust for Historic Preservation to cover the cost of a structural assessment report, and documents from the Historic and Design Review Commission.
